30-min Feeding Screening:

• $85
• *credited towards the price of an Initial Evaluation if you book within 60 days of the Screening
• Credit is applied once per child and is non-transferable.

• A 30-minute screening provides an opportunity for brief clinical observation of your child’s developmental, feeding, sensory, or motor skills. It is a chance for you to get to know the clinician and find out if the service is the “right fit” for your family’s needs. This is not a full evaluation and does not include a written report or formal recommendations. Screenings help determine whether a full evaluation is recommended.
• Terms: Credit is applied once per child and is non-transferable. Screening credits are valid for 60 calendar days (8 weeks) from the date of the screening appointment. Credits expire automatically after 60 days and cannot be extended.
• Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full screening fee. No-show appointments are charged the full screening fee.
• This appointment is not eligible for insurance forms or letters.
• Screening does not replace a full standardized assessment.
• No diagnosis, treatment plan, formal scoring, or report is provided.
  If immediate concerns are identified, the clinician may recommend booking a full evaluation sooner than the 60-day window
